Dipl.-Kfm. Dr. Ulrich Klier was born in 1966 and is a tax consultant and an expert adviser for international tax law focusing on tax law and accounting for companies, clubs and associations, international tax law and tax law for visual and performing artists. He studied economics at the Freie Universität Berlin and earned his doctorate at the Viadrina European University in Frankfurt (Oder) in 1999. His doctoral thesis deals with the double taxation agreement between Germany and Poland. Klier is awardee of the "International Tax Law of the Federal Chamber of Tax Consultants" and member of the "International Fiscal Association." His correspondence languages are German and English.
